CBD is illegal
Since CBD comes from so-called technical hemp, it is a long way from the probably better-known marijuana. The cultivation of technical hemp must meet strict criteria, especially the THC content, which in the Czech Republic must not exceed 1%.
The psychoactive compound tetrahydrocannabinol is the main psychoactive component in the cannabis plant, and it is precisely because of its effects on altering the state of consciousness that it ranks among illegal substances.
The only problem can arise when traveling abroad. THC tolerance can vary from state to state, so we recommend finding out to avoid unnecessary complications.
CBD has psychoactive effects
The only ingredient that causes psychoactive states is THC. It is found naturally in marijuana. After taking this drug, there is an altered state of consciousness, a distorted perception of time and space. These effects classify marijuana as a hallucinogenic drug.
Marijuana use has its negatives, such as heart palpitations, increased blood pressure, conjunctival congestion, and many others. Compared to that CBD oil it can reduce stress, migraines, insomnia, and all this without altering the state of consciousness. Any use of CBD products is therefore in accordance with applicable laws, does not fall into the category of narcotic substances, and after ingestion you can carry out daily activities such as driving a car.
Higher dosage means higher effectiveness
When it comes to using CBD, the more the better rule certainly does not apply, on the contrary, smaller doses can be much more beneficial. As a general rule, the higher the concentration of THC, the lower the doses can be.
Just like the use of medicines or dietary supplements, the use of CBD also has its own rules. These have not yet been specifically defined, but there are many factors by which we can determine the dosage.
Before you find out what effect CBD has on you, the ideal way is to start with lower doses and gradually increase the dose until you find out what exactly suits you.
Dosage depends on several factors:
- Body weight and height. For every 10 kg of weight, there is approximately 3 mg of CBD.
- Product Type – oils, capsule or drinks. The amount of CBD absorbed can vary significantly from product to product, and this also affects dosage.
- Type of CBD extract – broad-spectrum or full-spectrum extracts or isolates. The type of extract also determines the role in the dosage.
- Your medical condition.
CBD has numerous side effects
Quality CBD products from verified suppliers are completely safe for our body. Their application brings almost no side effects. In very rare cases, according to publicly available information, the following negatives can be encountered (when using a few dozen drops):
- Fatigue
- Dry mouth
- Digestive problems
My personal experience is that I have applied enormous doses when experimenting CBD oils, and yet I experienced none of the above side effects. And not even in the long term. Maybe just a momentary dryness in the mouth, for which a glass of water with lemon helped me a lot. However, if it is not necessary, there is no need to s CBD dosage exaggerate.
