Is CBD legal in the Czech Republic?

The cannabidiol rich products we sell do not contain more than 1% THC. The Czech legislation therefore allows the free sale of CBD if these conditions are met. It is the same in all EU countries. However, the permissible limit of THC content in cannabis differs according to the legislation of the member states.

CBD vs THC Comparison?

THC falls under the category of illegal psychotropic substances. The cannabinoid THC brings euphoric states, but unfortunately with it comes the negative effects of marijuana. The cannabinoid CBD offers pure relaxation without the intoxication. All this without side effects and the risk of addiction.

Is cannabidiol addictive?

The answer is NE. The addictiveness of this cannabinoid has not been confirmed in any of the scientific studies to date. In case of purchase from serious traders, its use is therefore absolutely safe.
