Return or exchange of goods
You have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to return or exchange the goods.
- Verify that the item is in its original condition. That is, unused, in the original undamaged packaging with all original accessories, and possible for resale.
- Fill out the Form for withdrawing from the contract. Don't forget to fill in your bank account where the money will be returned to you, or the name of the product you want to exchange it for.
- Pack the goods in their original packaging so that they are not damaged during transport. Attach the proof of purchase and the filled-in cancellation form to the package.
- Send the package to the address - Na Poříčí 1038/6, Prague 1, 110 00. The goods must be sent without cash on delivery. Goods sent on cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Complaint of goods
The complaint must be made without undue delay. Immediately after discovering the defect, send the goods in suitable packaging to prevent further damage.
- Put the goods in a clean condition and put all the original accessories in the package.
- Fill out the Complaint Form. Do not forget to fill in the preferred method of complaint, or the bank account where the money will be returned to you.
- Pack the goods thoroughly. If necessary, use padding (newspaper, magazine...) so that the goods are not damaged during transport. Attach the proof of purchase and the completed Complaint Form to the package.
- Send the package to the address - Na Poříčí 1038/6, Prague 1, 110 00.
We will process the warranty claim as soon as possible, but within 30 days at the latest. We will inform you by e-mail about the acceptance of the goods for complaint and the termination of the complaint.
