• CBD minimally interacts with CB1 and CB2 receptors, but can modulate their activity.
• H4CBD probably has a higher interaction with the CB1 receptor and also binds to the CB2 receptor.
• HHC is characterized by a reported high interaction to the CB1 receptor and low binding to the CB2 receptor.
