Our Miracle CBD account has been blocked on Instagram!

On Saturday 9.12. 2023, we discovered an unpleasant surprise when opening the Instagram application. The official account of Miracle CBD has been banned for allegedly promoting drugs! We appealed this decision, but it seems the account with nearly 10 followers is gone forever!

It's 2020 and we're setting up social media accounts for our newly founded company so we can be in daily contact with all the cannabis fans out there. During the following 3 years, we honestly spread awareness, the aim of which was to point out that the cannabis plant is primarily a healing herb, not a dangerous drug that ruins human lives. On the contrary, she was able to save many of them (you will learn, for example, in the Phoenix Tears article) and also made life easier for many people and continues to do so with great bravado to this day.

Alcohol and cigarettes are okay, but cannabis is!

However, even that was not enough for the company that owns the Instagram mobile application to put cannabis and marijuana on the blacklist with undesirable status. It's strange that when searching for terms like "marijuana", Meta advises its users to contact a crisis center for help with addiction treatment. However, it does not do this in the case of alcohol or cigarettes, even though they are responsible for extremely high numbers of people killed. This is the ultimate hypocrisy, which unfortunately has not yet been eradicated.

So the account of our company Miracle CBD is blocked. What does it look like with a possible unlock? Will we possibly create a new profile? You will find out in the following paragraph.

CBD hemp helps millions of people, yet it is not allowed to appear on social media!

We can only speculate as to what was the real reason why our Instagram account was blocked. This news came like a bolt from the blue when we wanted to log in over the weekend and share with you more new knowledge from the world of cannabis. However, a warning jumped out at us that due to a violation of Instagram's terms of use (promotion of recreational drugs), our account has been put to sleep and will be blocked within 180 days unless otherwise decided. Hope dawned when we found out that this decision could be appealed.

Of course we did this straight away, but after a few hours we were logged out of the Miracle CBD account and now can't log in or find it. We haven't received any message yet and getting a relevant contact to someone from the application support is almost an impossible task. No one is communicating with us, so the account was probably hard deleted. Of course, our efforts to restore it are far from over, however situation it doesn't look exactly rosy.

If we do not manage to deal with this problem and get some kind of binding opinion from Meta by the end of the year, we will have to accept that we will no longer be able to communicate with you through this channel. Unfortunately, the answer to the question of whether we will create a new account is NO. We won't waste time exposing ourselves to a potential re-ban.

We will therefore continue to publish all important information on our cannabis blog, as well as send it to you by e-mail if you are subscribed to the newsletter. Don't worry, we definitely don't intend to spam you. The Facebook profile continues to exist for now, however it is quite possible that it is only a matter of time before the same issue occurs there as well. It's hard to say if this is a competitor attack or if Instagram will start applying this harsh policy to all profiles posting with the theme CBD and HHC cannabis or the popular kratom.
