To gain (if possible) an objective view of the potential long-term effects of HHC, it is best to look at the cannabis element that is most similar to it. That is THC, whose chemical formula differs from hexahydrocannabinol only in one double bond, which HHC has in addition. Based on this speculation, we can theoretically assume that hexahydrocannabinol will have similar, if not completely identical effects on mental and physical health. In addition to the above findings, HHC should be able to help improve sleep quality and eliminate problems with falling asleep. Again, provided we use the recommended dose. In addition, we should be able to regenerate better with the help of this substance, which is closely related to its anti-inflammatory effect.
