What is CBG?

Cannabigerol, or CBG, is one of the many cannabinoids naturally found in the cannabis plant, just like CBD, CBN, or THC. Along with CBD, CBG binds to receptors in the endocannabinoid system of our body, becoming a catalyst for various physiological processes.

According to available studies, CBG can even mitigate the psychoactive effects of THC. It’s often referred to as the “stem cell” of cannabis, as its acidic form (CBGA) plays a critical role in the plant’s growth and the formation of other cannabinoids.

Even though CBG naturally occurs in small quantities, thanks to recent advancements in cultivation, sufficient amounts of CBG can now be extracted to produce purified CBG oils. New strains of flowers can contain up to 10% CBG.

How to use CBG oil

Hemp oil enriched with CBD and CBG extract can be consumed in several ways. The most effective and recommended method is to apply CBG Oil 40% directly under the tongue using the pipette. Leave the oil under the tongue for 60 seconds and then swallow. For the best results, take it ideally 60 minutes before or after a meal. Shake the bottle well before use.

Alternatively, you can use CBG oil in cooking. For example, adding a few drops to a salad can make your lunch more enjoyable and nutritious.

Dosage of CBG oil

The required daily dose of CBD and CBG oil (1:1) depends on your body weight and any existing health issues. For beginners, always start with a low dose and gradually increase if necessary. If the desired effects are achieved, there is no need to raise the dosage.

Dosage recommendations by body weight:

• Low dose: 0.2 mg per 1 kg of body weight
• Medium dose: 0.7 mg per 1 kg of body weight
• High dose: 1.3 mg per 1 kg of body weight

How to store CBG oil
