He was facing the death penalty, but luckily he was released after protests.

Can you transport CBD oil through transit countries?

When traveling with CBD oil, it is necessary to take into account the transit countries in which you will stop during the journey. Here too, you are responsible for the contents of your luggage. If you're just crossing the border and carrying CBD oil or any other cannabis product, it may be confiscated.

If you break the law by doing so, you can be denied entry into the country and deported back, or worse, face heavy fines and even jail time (depending on the country and the amount of CBD you have on you).

The Czech Republic loves CBD oil and other cannabinoids

For your peace of mind, do not travel with hemp products. Many countries are gradually legalizing them, so you can buy them in local shops.
