For the long-term effects of CBD, it is very important to follow the regularity of use.
Beginners and women – If you don't have any serious health or psychological problems, but simply want to relax well and sleep better, then we recommend that you try our CBD oil 7%, which is suitable for getting to know cannabidiol and its effects. It is especially recommended for women and people with a lower body weight. Dose in the range of 3-5 cannabis drops per day.

Drop under the tongue, wait 60-90 seconds, then swallow. Serve at least 30 minutes before meals. CBD oil can also be dripped into your favorite drink and then drunk.
