CBD oil usage
Drop under the tongue, wait 60-90 seconds, then swallow. Serve at least 30 minutes before meals. CBD oil can also be dripped into your favorite drink and then drunk. Here, the effect occurs more slowly, as cannabidiol must first be absorbed in the small intestine and then enter the circulatory system.

A large proportion of cannabis tinctures are made only from CBD isolate, which does not contain terpenes and other cannabinoids.
